If you don't know who this woman is then, please, take note! Her work as a body image educator is down right revolutionary. She has touched and changed countless hearts and minds, including mine. If you take nothing else away from this resource page, let it be this. Her TED talk is something I consider a prerequisite for all of my clients to listen to. May her words give you something to ponder and hopefully get you to start asking yourself, all the right questions. As Teri would say, "Let's get curious!"
